Hallo-Wiener ’99 Huge Success

Several hundred people, many with their beloved dachshunds in tow, attended the 1999 Hallo-Wiener picnic at Balboa Park in San Diego.

The gathering, sponsored by the San Diego Dachshund Club, featured a costumed-dog contest.

Dachshund Rescue of San Diego had a booth there which was visited by many of the attendees.
